If you have lost access to your account, or lost considerable progress on your account, please reach out to our support team using the "submit a request"-button on this page.
Please provide as much of the following information as possible in your email:
- Device model and its operating system version.
- Old exact player name.
- New exact player name.
- Your new Account ID (Go to profile > setting > its visible in the bottom left.
- The device model that you used to play with the old lost account.
- When was the last time you have accessed your account?
- The Account ID of your old account
Please also provide as many of these details as possible:
- Level of your command center
- What tier of units you had unlocked
- Estimated power level
- The level of your farms/supplies/oil
- Day when you created the account
The Support Team will then get back to you as soon as they can!
