Code of Conduct
It is our goal to provide a safe, fun and fair environment for everyone playing Hardhead Squad. To this end, we have established rules that prohibit abusive behavior and cheating. You can find the complete list in our Terms of Service: http://www.rovio.com/terms-of-service
To create such an environment, each of us needs to take responsibility for the way we behave in the game. By following the rules described in this Code of Conduct, you’ll contribute to making Hardhead Squad a fun and fair environment not only for you but for everyone in the game.
Breaking the rules will have consequences that may lead to a permanent ban from the game.
We expect all of our players to treat each other with respect. It is not OK to abuse, threaten, or intimidate another player, or otherwise create an unsafe environment for any of your fellow players. Some of the things we consider to be inappropriate include:
- Hate speech, racism, and any other discriminatory language
- Obscene or sexually explicit language
- Threats or harassment
If you ever encounter a player that is being abusive or disrespectful, either to yourself or others, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us and appropriate action will be taken by our staff.
Player and Guild Names
Choosing a name or guild name that is abusive in any way or that contains profanity is not allowed.
Cheating and Exploits
We expect our players to play fairly, which means not using any cheats or exploits to gain an unfair advantage over other players. Cheats, hacks, mods, and third-party tools are not allowed and immediate action will be taken. Scamming other players is also forbidden.
You are responsible for the safety of your account. Sharing it with others might compromise your safety and may lead to your account being banned. In this case, we won’t be able to support you or recover any lost items or resources.
Multiple Accounts (Alt Accounts)
Playing multiple accounts can allow you to try out different strategies and upgrade paths in Hardhead Squad. However, in order to limit exploits, there is a max of 5 accounts per household. If you are found to be playing on more than 5 accounts or using alt accounts to perform a behavior that we consider to be exploitive, we reserve the right to suspend and/or ban ALL of your accounts.
